What happens after I send a request?

Our team reviews it and calls you to confirm the class and handover time. Nothing is charged until then.

Is there a fee if I cancel?

Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations may be charged one day of rental.

How much is the deposit?

It depends on the class. It is blocked on your card at pick-up and released when the car comes back undamaged. Each class page shows the amount.

How does payment work?

Payment details are shared by our team once your booking is confirmed. Nothing is charged at the request stage.

Can I return the car in another city?

Yes. Mention it in the notes of your request and we'll confirm availability and any extra cost upfront.

What do I need at handover?

A valid driving licence, your ID or passport, and the card you'll pay with.
